            Sacramento Fire Department fire reported 

            that a person was rescued on evening of 

            November 14 after being stuck on an island 

            at Arcade Creek in Sacramento as waters were 

            rising. Two people and a dog were stuck on 

            the island, but only one person wanted 

            assistance from crews.
