            of Whaley Street and Main Street due to 

            flooding of Rocky Branch Creek. Rainfall 

            total from 1.0 to 1.5 inches of rain fell in 

            less than 1 hour. An earlier rainfall event, 

            around 2 am, produced around 0.75 inches of 

            rainfall in less than 1 hour.
