Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor...



At 418 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 22 nm northwest of Fort Smallwood State Park to 14 nm

northwest of Annapolis to 12 nm west of Mayo, moving east at 30

knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by 

         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

North Point State Park, Magothy River, Chester River, Eastern Bay,

Dobbins Island, Pooles Island, Greenbury Point, Highland Beach,

Gunpowder River, Sandy Point State Park, Severn River, Bloody Point

Light, Thomas Point Light, Poplar Island, Parsons Island, Fort

Smallwood State Park, Pinehurst, Hart Miller Island, Gibson Island,

and Bodkin Point.
