For the following areas...

Coastal waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX out 20 NM...

Sabine Lake...



At 400 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 13 nm north of Port Arthur to 11 nm northeast of

Rollover Pass, moving east at 35 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

         suddenly higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

West Cameron 48, The Mouth Of The Sabine River, and Port Arthur.
