Dense fog is expected to limit visibilities on the waters to 1 NM

or less through 15Z. Thereafter, visibilities are expected to

improve as a cold front moves through. These low visibilities will

make navigation difficult. If you must navigate, proceed with

caution. Use proper fog signals. Make sure all running lights are

on. Remember to use your radar and compass.
