For the following areas...

Oahu Windward Waters...



At 711 AM HST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts

was located 7 nm north of FAD Buoy LL, or 17 nm northeast of Kahuku,

moving east at 25 knots.



HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

FAD Buoy LL, FAD Buoy II, FAD Buoy X, and FAD Buoy J.

Prepare for gusty winds, steep and fast-building seas, and blinding
