...SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS 

STARTING THIS AFTERNOON...



A moist and unstable air mass will bring the potential for 

thunderstorms to the coastal waters later today through Sunday. 

The threat of thunderstorms will be confined to the northern 

waters this afternoon, then will expand to all coastal waters 

tonight and Sunday. Any thunderstorm that forms may produce local 

gale force winds, rough seas, dangerous lightning, and heavy rain

with reduced visibility. Isolated waterspouts are possible. If 

threatening weather is observed, mariners should seek safe harbor.
