  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...

  Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between Anegada 

  Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM...

  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...



At 355 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, 

capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This shower was 

located over mainly areas north of Luquillo and Fajardo, moving 

north at 10 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.
