Through 400 pm, isolated showers and thunderstorms will wax and wane

over the Outer Gulf waters, Gulfside waters, and the Lower Keys. 

These showers are moving north at near 5 knots, or are nearly

stationary. The stronger activity will be capable of wind gusts of 

near 25 knots, reduced visibility in heavy downpours, and a stray 

lightning strike. Island communities in the Lower Keys may observe a

hundredth to a tenth of an inch of rainfall.
