Through 1100 pm, a line of showers, and possibly an embedded 

thunderstorm, will be found over Hawk Channel and the Florida 

Straits adjacent to the Upper Keys. This activity will track south 

southeastward at 10 knots. The stronger activity will produce wind 

gusts of 20 to 25 knots, blinding downpours, and potentially a few 

lightning strikes.
