Through 8:30 am... Scattered showers and thunderstorms have 

developed across the far southern Texas Panhandle into the 

northeastern South Plains and northern Rolling Plains. This 

activity will continue to spread to the northeast this morning.

Storms that remain below severe limits will be capable of

producing small hail and gusty winds.
