Through 1230 am, a cluster of scattered showers with possible 

isolated embedded stronger thunderstorms will progress generally to 

the south to southwest at 10 to 15 knots across portions of the Upper

Keys and the adjacent nearshore and offshore marine zones. Mariners 

here can expect wind gusts 20 to 25 knots, heavy downpours reducing 

visibility, and a few cloud to surface lightning strikes, mainly 

southeast of Islamorada Hump. A few island communities between in the

Upper Keys between Craig Key and Tavernier can expect up to another 

tenth of an inch of rainfall.
