wax and wane across the distant Florida Straits, south of the Middle

Keys. The strongest activity is located approximately 25 to 30 nm 

west and northwest of Cay Sal. Mariners encountering this activity 

can expect periods of moderate rain and wind gusts of 15 to 20 knots.
