Through 1 pm , a broad linear line of heavy rain showers and 

isolated thunderstorms across the Straits of Florida southeast of the

Middle and Upper Keys, and also from near Cape Sable to L and T 

Towers, will move to the northwest at 10 to 15 knots. Mariners 

encountering the strongest activity may observe reduced visibility in

heavy downpours, occasional cloud to surface lightning strikes, and 

wind gusts near 25 knots.
