Through 800 am, isolated showers will move to the west to northwest 

at near 15 knots through the Lower Keys, as well as the adjacent 

nearshore and offshore coastal waters, and the southeastern Gulf of 

Mexico, including the Dry Tortugas. Mariners encountering the 

stronger showers can expect brief reduction in visibility. Island 

communities between Key West and Big Coppitt can expect additional 

rainfall totals up to a few hundredths of an inch.
