Through 9 pm, a narrow band of showers and thunderstorms extending 

from near Rebecca Shoal Light to south of Cosgrove Shoal Light, will 

wax and wane as the line drifts east. The strongest activity, is 

capable of blinding downpours, wind gusts of near 25 knots, and brief

bouts of lightning strikes.
