Through 1 pm, a broken band of showers will continue moving to the 

southwest between 5 to 10 knots across the Straits of Florida and the

Hawk Channel waters off the Middle and Upper Keys. Mariners 

encountering this activity can expect light to moderate rain showers 

and a few wind gusts of 15 to 20 knots. Select island communities in 

the Middle and Upper Keys may see up to a couple hundredths of an 

inch of rainfall accumulation.
