Through 2 PM, a cloud line will wax and wane over the Lower Keys and

adjacent nearshore waters. Showers developing within this cloud line

will be capable of dropping a quick, localized quarter of an inch of

rainfall. Conditions are becoming marginally favorable for 

waterspout development within this cloud line. A waterspout will most

likely form beneath the dark, flat base of a building towering 

cloud, just at the hint of rain. Lastly, a new cloud line is

attempting to develop across the Middle Keys and could develop

further over the next one to two hours.
