their nearshore waters. The strongest activity will be capable of 

gusty and erratic winds of 15 to 20 knots, isolated lightning 

strikes, and reduced visibility in heavy downpours. Island 

communities may observe an additional tenth to a quarter of an inch

of rainfall.
