across the coastal waters surrounding the Florida Keys and the Keys

themselves. Mariners in the vicinity of this activity can expect 

wind gusts near 25 knots and visibility reduced to 2 miles in heavy 

downpours. On land, island communities may receive up to an

additional quarter of an inch of rainfall.
