Through 1230 PM, areas of light rain with embedded thunderstorms 

will move northeast to east across the gulf waters west of the Dry 

Tortugas and in the deep Gulf waters. Mariners in the vicinity of 

this activity can expect wind gusts near 30 knots, visibility reduced

to 2 miles in heavy downpours and occasional lightning strikes.

Through 1230 PM, showers will spill off of mainland Florida into the

Bay waters and Upper Keys near Key Largo. This shower activity is 

capable of wind gusts of near 30 knots, moderate to heavy rainfall, 

and occasional lightning strikes. Island communities near Key Largo

can expect up to a quarter of an inch in rainfall.
