* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.



* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 

  Sporadic power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, 

  especially for high profile vehicles. In addition, some blowing 

  dust will be possible which may lower visibility.
