* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, south winds up to 80 mph. For 

  the Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 101 expected.



* WHERE...Beaver County.



* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 3 AM CDT this morning. For 

  the Heat Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 9 PM CDT this 

  evening.



* IMPACTS...For the High Wind Warning, damaging winds will blow down 

  trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. 

  Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. 

  For the Heat Advisory, hot temperatures and high humidity may 

  cause heat illnesses.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and 

avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution 

if you must drive.
