MONDAY...



* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero 

  expected.



* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County of West Virginia.



* WHEN...From 4 AM Sunday to 10 AM EST Monday.



* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite 

  on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and 

  hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these 

  conditions.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must 

go outside.



Prevent water pipes from freezing by either wrapping them with 

insulation or allowing them to drip slowly.
