* WHERE...South Central Mountains and Southwest Chaves County.



* WHEN...From 6 AM Monday to midnight MDT Monday Night.



* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 

  Widespread power outages are expected. Dangerous crosswinds will
