* WHAT...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.



* WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern 

  Valley, Garfield, Petroleum, Prairie, and Southwest Phillips 

  Counties.



* WHEN...Until midnight MDT Tuesday Night.



* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and 

  cause power bumps. Travel could be difficult, especially for high 

  profile vehicles.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must 

drive. If venturing onto Fort Peck Lack or other area reservoirs, 

stay near and around protected areas in order to avoid water craft 

tipping.
