* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31.



* WHERE...Bee, Goliad, La Salle, Live Oak, McMullen, and Victoria 

  Counties.



* WHEN...Until 8 AM CST this morning.



* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other 

  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor 

  plumbing.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold drainage and rural areas from La Salle 

  to Victoria counties will be susceptible to freezing temperatures 

  for around 2 hours. Urban areas will struggle to reach freezing.
