  formation.



* WHERE...The Mohawk Valley, northeast Catskills and Helderbergs, 

  Lake George Saratoga region, and Rensselaer Plateau in eastern New 

  York and all of southern Vermont.



* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Monday.



* IMPACTS...Frost and cold temperatures could harm sensitive outdoor 

  vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
