MST MONDAY...



* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 25 to 35 below zero expected.



* WHERE...Hill County and Northern Blaine County.



* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 10 AM MST Monday.



* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero 

  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur tonight 

  into Sunday morning and Sunday night into early Monday morning.
