beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank

from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.



Conditions given represent the highest within that period.



Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

more than twice the significant wave height.



Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.



.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure just E of the outer

waters, centered about 450 nm E of Cape Charles late this

morning, will move NE today and tonight, passing to the E of the

northern waters and Georges Bank. A trailing front over the outer

waters will pass SE of the area early this afternoon. Weak high

pressure will build over the waters tonight into Sun behind the

low before weak low pressure and cold front push offshore from

the Mid- Atlantic coast Sun and Sun night. The front will clear 

E of the area Sun night as high pressure builds in across the 

area Sun night and Mon. The high will shift E of the waters Mon 

night and Tue ahead of the next approaching cold front. Low 

pressure and a cold front will approach the Mid- Atlantic coast 

Tue night, then track NE across the waters Wed and Wed night. 

The low will reach the NE portion late Wed night while the 

trailing cold front moves into the outer waters.
