.SYNOPSIS...Intensifying low pressure centered about 240 nm SE of

Cape Hatteras will move N and NE away from the area tonight

through Wed. Mariners planning to be in this area should execute

avoidance plans. High pressure will build SE to the coast Tue, 

slowly move E across the area Tue night and Wed, and then will 

shift E of the waters Wed night. The high will maintain a ridge 

across the waters through Fri while a cold front approaches and 

then stalls N of the waters. The front will weaken and dissipate

N of the area Fri night. Stronger high pressure will build S 

across the area Fri night through Sat night.
