.SYNOPSIS...Dry and warm conditions at Mount Rainier National Park

tonight and Friday. A slow moving frontal system brings the next 

chance for rain and snow showers and cooler temperatures Saturday

night into Sunday. Another dry and warm period Monday into 

Tuesday before another weak system brings a chance for isolated 

rain and snow showers Tuesday night and Wednesday.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds near the summit will make it difficult to

move safely and could produce local whiteout conditions. A high 

level of skill and experience in alpine terrain, including use of 

GPS, is recommended for navigation and camping in these 

conditions.

.THURSDAY NIGHT...Breezy. Mostly clear. Freezing level near

6000 feet decreasing to 5000 feet after midnight. 

.FRIDAY...Windy, sunny. Freezing level near 5000 feet increasing

to 6500 feet in the afternoon.

.SATURDAY...Sunny in the morning, then partly sunny with a chance

of showers in the afternoon. Snow level near 5000 feet in the
