* WIND: Northwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph. 



* RELATIVE HUMIDITY: As low as 18-24 percent.

  

* FUEL DRYNESS: Normal to Dry. 



* FIRE DANGER RATING: Moderate to High.
