EVENING FOR GUAM...



* WIND...East wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 mph. Winds 

  could be slightly higher in the higher terrain. 



* HUMIDITY...50 to 60 percent, especially from late morning 

  through sunset.



* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 

  Outdoor burning is not recommended. Conditions will ease 

  during the nighttime hours.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions

are occurring. A combination of strong winds, low relative

humidity, and warm temperatures will create ideal conditions for
