The National Weather Service in Glasgow has issued a Red Flag

Warning, which is in effect until 8 PM MDT this evening. 



* WIND...Southwest becoming west at 15 to 25 mph, with gusts up to

  40 mph today. Northwest at 25 to 35 mph, with gusts up to 50

  mph Monday.



* HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.



* THUNDERSTORMS...None.



* HIGHEST THREAT...On a line from Winnett to Circle to Wibaux.



* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 

  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
