CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...



* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Corson, Campbell, McPherson, 

  Brown, Walworth, Edmunds, Day, Dewey, Potter, Faulk, Spink, 

  Clark, Codington, Grant, Hamlin, Deuel, Stanley, Sully, 

  Hughes, Hyde, Hand, Jones, Lyman and Buffalo.



* WINDS...Southeast 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.



* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Between 20 and 25 percent.



* IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are a concern through

  early this evening due to the combination of strong winds, low 

  relative humidity and dry fuels.
