...RED FLAG WARNING IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT...



The National Weather Service in Tiyan has issued a Fire Weather

Watch, which is in effect through Saturday afternoon. The Red

Flag Warning has been cancelled.



* WIND...East wind 10 to 20 mph with afternoon gusts to 25 mph. 

  Winds will be higher across higher terrain.



* HUMIDITY...Down to 50 to 60 percent at times, mainly from late 

  morning until sunset.



* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.

  Outdoor burning is not recommended. Conditions will ease during

  the nighttime hours.
