FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR ALL OF SOUTH CENTRAL

NEBRASKA AND NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...



* WINDS...From the northwest sustained at least 20 to 30 MPH, and

  gusting 35 to 45 MPH. The overall-strongest winds will focus

  from around the Nebraska Tri Cities and counties north and east

  from there.

 

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as around 15 percent.



* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly. Use 

  caution if engaging in activities that may result in a fire 

  starting.
