TUESDAY...



.Relative humidity values have fallen to between 15 and

25 percent, with wind gusts of 30-40 MPH. These conditions will

continue this evening. Conditions will improve once rainfall 

moves into the area.

HUMIDITY FOR FAR NORTHERN MINNESOTA...



The National Weather Service in Duluth has cancelled the Red Flag

Warning.



Relative humidities have recovered as the rain is being

transported north. Easterly wind gusts of 30-40 mph are expected 

to continue.

FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FAR NORTHERN MINNESOTA...



* AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, North St. Louis, Northern Cook 

  and Lake and Central St. Louis.



* WINDS...East 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.



* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 19 percent.



* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 

  Outdoor burning is not recommended.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions

are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of

strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can

contribute to extreme fire behavior.
