...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CHST TUESDAY FOR WIND AND

VERY DRY FUELS...



The National Weather Service in Tiyan has issued a Red Flag

Warning, which is in effect until 7 PM ChST Tuesday. 



* WIND...East wind 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. Winds will 

  be higher across higher terrain. 



* HUMIDITY...Down to 50 to 55 percent at times, mainly from late 

  morning until sunset. 



* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.

  Outdoor burning is not recommended. Conditions will ease 

  during the nighttime hours.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions

are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of 

strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures will 

create ideal conditions for rapid spread of wildfires.
