SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA, NORTHWEST IOWA, AND SOUTHWEST 

MINNESOTA...



* AFFECTED AREA...In Iowa, Lyon, Osceola, Dickinson, Sioux, 

  O'Brien, Clay, Cherokee and Buena Vista. In Minnesota, 

  Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Cottonwood, Nobles, Jackson, Pipestone 

  and Rock. In South Dakota, Brookings, Lake, Moody, Minnehaha 

  and Lincoln.



* WINDS...Southwest 18 to 23 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.



* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 23 percent.



* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 

  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
