EVENING FOR GUAM...



* WIND...East wind 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph possible. 

   Gusts will are more likely in the higher terrain of southern Guam. 



* HUMIDITY...Down to 55 to 60 percent at times, mainly from 

  late morning until sunset, especially in areas that did not see

  much rain.



* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 

  Outdoor burning is not recommended. Conditions will ease 

  during the nighttime hours.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions

are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of

strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures will

create ideal conditions for rapid spread of wildfires.
