Rainfall of one to two inches was common across the region during 

the past 24-36 hours.  The heaviest rain fell across West Virginia 

and the James River basin.  This will result in high water levels 

along portions of the James and Greenbrier River Basins, but no 

flooding is forecast or expected at this time.
