Skies remained clear overnight as well, allowing temperatures to

fall steadily into the upper 40s to middle 50s.



A fairly quiet night lies ahead for the region. Skies will remain

clear through the early overnight hours before clouds begin moving

in after midnight. Low temperatures will range from the upper 20s

near the Upper Peninsula border to the middle 30s near the Fox

Valley.



Next chances for rain and thunderstorms arrive to the forecast 

area later Friday afternoon as a low pressure system makes its way

into the upper Mississippi Valley. Mostly rain is expected for 

Friday, with confidence increasing in potential for severe weather

on Saturday. Chances for showers and storms will linger through 

early next week.
