Storm totals of 1 to 2 inches expected in southeastern Pennsylvania. A few to several hour period of mixed precipitation or wet snow will occur across the Northern Mountains of the state into early this afternoon. Precipitation will end from west to east by this evening with a gusty northerly wind developing. Wind gusts as high as 40 to 45 mph will be common across the area to the East of the Susquehanna Valley, while peak wind speeds across Central and Western PA should be less than 35 mph. The wind will subside early Sunday and plenty of sunshine will close out the second half of the weekend. Dry and seasonable weather is forecast to start the last week of March with the next chance for rain showers by Wednesday. High temperatures today will range from the upper 20s across the north, 40s over most of the area, and lower 50s across the far southeast. Low temperatures tonight will range from the upper teens across the north, to the lower 30s across the southeast. High temperatures tomorrow will range from the upper 30s in the north, to the lower 50s elsewhere. $$
