Relatively quiet weather conditions were present across the

central U S with a weak cold front moving across southeast Kansas.

Temperatures remain mild, even behind the front with temperatures

in the 60s and 70s. 



A few rain showers are possible late tonight across portions of

west central Kansas into central Kansas. Overall rain amounts are

expected to remain very light. Temperatures will dip into the 40s

to near 50 across the state. 



Lingering showers are possible across central, south central and

southeast Kansas into the early afternoon hours of Wednesday.

Otherwise, winds will shift to the south with temperatures quite

similar to today with highs near 70.
