From the late evening through the overnight hours, a trough of low

pressure extended from the northern Plains to the northern Great

Lakes. Scattered showers continued to impact northern Wisconsin

beneath this trough, but gradually weakened in intensity. Under

mostly cloudy skies, temperatures remained steady and ranged from

the upper 40s to middle 50s across the region.



Most of the shower activity will have dissipated by early this

morning. But a few more showers could redevelop this afternoon and

evening. High temperatures will range from near 60 degrees in far

northern Wisconsin to the middle 70s over central Wisconsin.



Chances of rain will continue at times into the weekend.
