eastern North Carolina to the southern Delmarva



Coastal Flood Watches and Warnings extend from southeastern

Virginia to southwestern Connecticut



Wind Advisories are in effect for portions of South Carolina,

northern Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey

Latest surface observations and regional radar mosaic depict

widespread moderate to heavy rainfall across portions of eastern

North Carolina and southeastern Virginia. Bands of light to

moderate rain extend well to the north into southeastern New York

and southern New England. Strong gusty winds extend from eastern

North Carolina northward along the Mid Atlantic Coast. For more
