For a detailed graphical depiction of the latest watches, warnings and advisories, please see www.weather.gov At 900 PM CDT...A strong low-pressure system with a minimum central pressure of 987 mb or 29.14 inHg was located over southeastern Quebec, with an occluded boundary stretching south to a triple point low in southern New Hampshire. A cold front extended southwestward along nearly the entire Eastern Seaboard, while a warm front stretched eastward along the Maine coastline into the Atlantic. The latest RADAR and surface observations depicted clearing conditions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic as the last batch of moderate to heavy rainfall associated with the system exits into the Atlantic.
