Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2.5 inches in diameter possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible A tornado or two possible SUMMARY...Severe storms including supercells will gradually spread eastward into a broad part of central Texas, and possibly across the Rio Grande, while upstream storms across southwest Texas are also expected to organize and move into the region. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles east and west of a line from 45 miles east northeast of Stephenville TX to 40 miles west southwest of Hondo TX.
